Learning Expedition in Denmark - Sciences Po Executive Education
Last week, the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce welcomed the group of the Executive Master in Human Resources, from the well-known French school Sciences Po Executive Education. During 3 days the Chamber of Commerce team and speakers from different companies did their best to share a comprehensive overview of Denmark and its HR management and practices.
Indeed Denmark is one the best countries to discover an HR management style different from the practices in France. This learning expedition in Copenhagen was an opportunity for these professionals to discover Denmark and the human resources approach here.
The LEX started with a macro-economic overview at the French Embassy. The unveiling of the latest Danish economic results, growth areas and the educational and social system. This was followed by an in-depth discussion with a former French CEO of a Danish company.
In the following days, this learning expedition focused on HR practices in Denmark and included several meetings with companies and organisations such as Devoteam, Simone Pérèle, L’Oréal, Dansk Metal, Groupe Seb, CBS and Ecotree.
